"Dr. Carlson is an exceptional audiologist. From the moment I arrived, she created a comfortable and welcoming environment with her wonderful bedside manner. She was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. Dr. Carlson is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was completely honest and transparent throughout the appointment. I appreciated how carefully she evaluated everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also so compassionate and attentive. "My father has been going to Wilks for about 45 years! The owner, Dr. Mary Lou Carlson, is very compassionate, as is the entire staff. They do not push people into any decisions which is important, especially when dealing with an elderly patient.
